CUSTOM DESIGN WORK: I love all types of design projects…be on paper creating a new brand identity or fabulous package design or illustrating surface design patterns for like-minded businesses. I love design..all of it. So please give me a shout if you think I would be a good fit for your next project.

HANDMADE: All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly. Colors and printing imperfections are part of the silk screening process and are not defects. We inspect each piece carefully before it goes out and pride ourselves on our craft and presentation of each piece. There will be inconsistency due to this nature. This is accepted by the buyer when the order is placed and will not be considered a fault and therefore no credit will be issued within reason.
WHOLESALE? Please fill out our contact page and we will add your shop to our wholesale community. Once you are approved in our system, you can log in with your e-mail address and start shopping wholesale.
WHOLESALE TERMS: All prices are listed in US dollars and SHIP FREE. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP. Trade clients (interior designers, architects etc.) will receive 20% off the MSRP, with free shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. A minimum order of $300 on all orders is required. This may be a mixture of any products online. We have found the shops that do the best are the shops that order in bunches of like-minded products and merchandise well.
On our new wholesale website the terms are net 30 but our lead times are roughly 2-6 weeks or longer depending on times of year and how busy we are. We are new at this wholesale site and plan on running your card upon your order being ready. We will send tracking confirmation via email when we ship your order.
EXCLUSIVITY: We do not offer exclusives but are very mindful of the proximity of shops and size of town or city. We want healthy active wholesale accounts. If you do not re-order within 6-8 month period we will open up your area to new wholesale accounts in your area.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
WHOLESALE: Any changes or cancellation to wholesale orders must be emailed to: email@example.com within 48 hours for a full refund. We will run 50% of your total order if we have had your order longer then 1 weeks since we print to order custom for each customer.
RETAIL ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELING: Any changes or cancellation to retail orders must be emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours for a full refund. If we have had your order longer then 1 weeks since we print to order custom for each customer we will NOT refund but give you a STORE CREDIT. We also do not exchange or refund for COLOR ISSUES. Please purchase color swatches if you are concerned about color matching. Our colors are hand mixed and are our versions of each color and vary from time to time due to the hand mixing nature.
LOST IN MAIL: If you wish to insure your package let us know and we will add this to shipping cost. We are not responsible for lost or stolen boxes in the shipping process.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE? We ship to order so each order is handmade for you or your shop or client. Retail ONLINE orders take a minimum of 2-4 weeks depending on size of the order and WHOLESALE 2-6 weeks depending on the size of order and time of year. If you wish to have your order ship out on a particular date, please let us know. We can adjust this for you and often do this for our wholesale shops.
We encourage shops to pre-order with drop ship dates within a calendar year to ensure you are fully stocked all year long. For example, you may put in an order that would ship May 20th, and another August 20th to ensure you are fully stocked in your favorite items.
SHIPPING: We ship UPS on large boxes and USPS PRIORITY on items less than 3lbs. We send tracking upon shipment on all orders to the e-mail in our system.
HOW MANY DAYS UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER AFTER IT SHIPS in the US? Shipping takes approximately 3-7 days in the US.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We have this automated in our online shop but it is best that you call us to ensure that your rate is accurate. International shipping can take up to 2 weeks. We ship all over the world and don’t want shipping to be the only reason you don’t buy from us. So let us help find a good shipping solution. STUDIO SALES: We have two large sales per year. One is the first Sunday in June and first Sunday in December. Please sign up for our newsletter to keep in touch with our upcoming events and hear about special offers!
HOW DO I ORDER? You can order through our online shop here or on ETSY. If you would like to order over the phone, please call 207-837-0763 and we would be happy to help you, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org We take all major credit cards over the phone. If you have a custom color request or idea please e-mail or call. We are here to help make you the perfect something.
WHERE DO YOUR FABRICS COME FROM? We weave our cotton fabrics here in the USA and purchase linen and velvet in the USA from a local company. Linen is woven in Europe. All our canvas and bark cloth are handprinted in our Maine studio with eco-minded water based professional textile ink, all mixed by hand. Each print run will vary slightly from the last.
HOW DO I WASH MY TEXTILES? HAND WASH IN COLD with mild GENTLE detergent, dry flat. Okay to iron. Machine wash inserts separately.

COLOR: Erin Flett hand mixes all of her own colors in-house. Not all colors will be exact from lot to lot. Each print is hand printed so inconsistencies will happen and part of a hand-printed item. Erin draws inspiration from her Maine wooded landscape and from everyday life as well as her funky vintage finds. We try to match the color on each lot but all lots will not be exact. If you have any questions regarding color please purchase a color swatch of that color and we can send that out to you.

DUTIES & CUSTOMS: You are responsible for any duties, customs fees or tariffs on the shipped item. All our products are 100% USA made except our wool rugs which are handmade in India from a third generation rug maker.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES: We’re sure you’ll be pleased with your Erin Flett purchase, and we guarantee the quality of every item. We do not accept returns. If you are unhappy with anything you will receive full credit towards another purchase. We do not accept returns for color issues. Please purchase color swatches if you have any concerns prior to purchasing.
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 7 days after receipt. All items must be wrapped and packaged in the same material and quality it arrived in to receive full credit. If you wish to ensure your package let us know and we will add this to shipping cost.

Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
CONSIGNMENT: At this time, we are not able to do consignment.
