What is your return policy?

We hand print and sew each order just for you. Each bag or pillow is hand silk screened printed ONE AT A TIME IN HOUSE! Since we are small and hand print and sew each bag or pillow just for you, WE DO NOT EXCEPT RETURNS UNLESS IT'S A QUALITY ISSUE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS when your order is delivered to your address in your order. 

We can give you store credit if for some reason the item is not what you expected. We understand that things happen and if you don't love your item that you purchased please reach out to us: erin@erinflett.com

Due to the handmade nature of our products slight variations in color and design are embraced. When ordering multiples we do our best to make sure the pieces match as closely as possible for you.

Please ask for a color swatch of your color choice if you want to confirm color BEFORE YOU PURCHASE. We are not responsible for items that do not coordinate with your home. Our goods are designed to be the POP OF COLOR in a space. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items from your mailbox/home if the package was confirmed and tracked delivered. We can add insurance if you want on larger purchases just in case.
