What is your return policy?

We hand print and sew each order just for you. Each bag or pillow is hand silk screened printed ONE AT A TIME IN HOUSE! Since we are small and hand print and sew each bag or pillow just for you, WE DO NOT EXCEPT RETURNS UNLESS IT'S A QUALITY ISSUE. 

We can give you store credit if for some reason the item is not what you expected. We understand that things happen and if you don't love your item that you purchased please reach out to us: erin@erinflett.com

Due to the handmade nature of our products slight variations in color and design are embraced. When ordering multiples we do our best to make sure the pieces match as closely as possible for you.

Please ask for a color swatch of your color choice if you want to confirm color BEFORE YOU PURCHASE. We are not responsible for items that do not coordinate with your home. Our goods are designed to be the POP OF COLOR in a space.

How long will my order take?

We know waiting for your order can be tough. We print each order as it comes in. With infinite possibilities in our creative world, we are a MADE-TO-ORDER DESIGN STUDIO. With the exception of what is listed in our SHIPS NOW section, our standard shipping times for orders are: 3-5 weeks for RETAIL  All production is done in Gorham, Maine in our studio or by local stitchers. If we have your item in stock it will be shipped 3-4 days after purchase.  

How will it arrive?

We send our orders via UPS and USPS. Anything in stock will ship 1-4 days if received the order before 12pm ET. Orders placed during the weekend will ship on Tuesday unless there is a holiday. Tracking numbers and shipment confirmations will be sent at the end of the business day. If you’re on the East coast packages are usually delivered within 1-3 business days of shipment, and within 5-6 if you’re on the West coast.

I’m based overseas/not in the continental US. Will you still ship my way?

YES! We ship via TNT unless otherwise requested. Please email erin@erinflett.com and we will give you a shipping quote based on your order and location.
